Welcome to the Sharlot Hall Museum Tour Scheduler

We are currently offering guided WET Water Tours for grades 3 through 6 and guided Arizona History Tours for 4th grade or 3rd - 4th grade combination classes only.

Other elementary school groups, kindergarten through second grade, are invited to tour on their own. Junior High and High School classes will be offered a guided history tour as well as the option of visiting the Archives library as part of their experience.

We invite you to request a tour date and time for your group.

The scheduler will let you know immediately if your requested time is available. After you submit a request, museum staff will review it and confirm your tour by email. All tour guides are volunteers and come by appointment to meet your group. They will generally be here fifteen minutes ahead of the scheduled time and will wait fifteen minutes after the appointed time if your group is delayed. Please telephone the Museum at 928-445-3122 if you are going to arrive late.

You will find many resources on this web site to help prepare your group for its visit. We look forward to assisting you with your tour.

Before you schedule a tour...

• Please schedule at least 2 weeks in advance of your tour.
• Groups are limited to 10 minimum and 60 maximum. Larger groups can be broken up and tour at different times.
• At least one adult chaperone for each 8 students for school groups.
• Admission is free for children, school groups and adult chaperones (based on one per five students). Other adults are charged standard $5 admission. Donations, if possible, are invited.
